Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients
- Create opportunities and close deals
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in franchise consulting or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in presentations/demonstrations via virtual meetings
- Software sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
