Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Effectively communicate product/service benefits and handle objections.
  • Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and scripts.
  • Provide feedback to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales closing, cold calling, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently.
  • Experience using CRM software and call-tracking systems.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Compensation:

(180-220K, plus Commission)
