Responsibilities:
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
- Preparing employees’ compensation using payroll software and also incorporating allowances/bonuses.
- Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, insurance deductions, and taxes.
- Entering the data of new employees into the company’s databases (e.g., tax identification numbers and bank accounts).
- Handing out paychecks to employees or scheduling bank payments.
- Plan, organize, and control payroll management system.
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Maintaining the attendance record.
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs including joiners, leavers, and movers along with changes in allowance, one-off payment, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records in both hard and soft forms, as per company policy.
- Prepare timely clearances and final settlements of leavers, escalating any delays.
- Accurately process employee payrolls, including calculating hours, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and ensure proper documentation for audits.
