The Solar Staff will assist in the installation, maintenance, and promotion of solar energy systems. This role requires a blend of technical skills, customer service, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar panels and related equipment.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar projects.
- Provide customer support and education about solar energy solutions.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of existing solar systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
