We are looking for a Call Center Agent who will be responsible for handling  outbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  •  Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  •  Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  •  Good English Skills Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment; customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  •  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
