We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information while processing large volumes of data.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize and manage files, records, and other documents systematically.
- Generate reports as required by the management.
- Follow company data privacy and security procedures.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc), Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in data entry is a plus but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35-40 words per minute.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of database management.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Language: Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
