• Prepare a wide variety of material, reports and presentations using intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prepare Payroll and Manage attendance
  • Upload documents to employee electronic employee files
  • Service orientation – always looking for way to help others
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Manage Recruitment (requisitions and postings, candidate interviews, drafting offer letters, sending out new hire packets.)
  • Review resumes, perform phone screens, conduct reference checks and facilitate scheduling of interviews
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills – ability to work with all levels of personnel, executive support, and work well as part of a team.
