Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handling all utilities related matters including timely bill payments etc.
  • Make payroll.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Handling internal and external emails and calls
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Managing Cash in Flow and Out Flow
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel.

Salary:

  • PKR 50,000 per month + Incentives
