Solar Bill Busters is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to book 15-minute triages on the calendar for our SDSs to qualify the opportunity and then book appointments with our solar consultants. You will be dialing g 400+ numbers per day, with the goal of scheduling as many appointments as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule triages on the calendar.
  • Providing product information and qualifying leads
  • Updating our CRM system with accurate information
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly appointment goals

Working closely with the trigger agers and consultants to ensure successful lead handoff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment goals
