We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Admin Executive who is proficient in Microsoft Office tools and capable of preparing professional documents in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating quotations, drafting letters and agreements, preparing Purchase Orders (POs), and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format quotations, agreements, letters, and POs in both Arabic and English, and do proofreading.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain digital and physical records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure proper documentation flow.
- Translate and proofread documents to ensure accuracy in both languages.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation.
- Support administrative tasks and assist with office coordination as needed.
- Data Entry in the software.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in administrative support, documentation, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or procurement processes is a plus.
