Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, and frameworks to facilitate effective decision-making and collaboration with development teams.
  • Identify and resolve technical roadblocks, ensuring smooth project execution and issue escalation when necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, allocate resources efficiently, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while mentoring junior professionals.
  • Communicate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Utilize industry-standard project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and oversee version control and CI/CD processes.
