We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team and support one of our clients, a reputable accounting firm based in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, bookkeeping, tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client accounts, including bookkeeping and management
- Manage QuickBooks, generate profit and loss reports, and integrate accounts with QuickBooks
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Conduct meetings with clients to gather account data and address individual requirements
- Organize and manage account data
- Provide other account management services as needed
Requirements:
- Quickbooks
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (minimum 4 years of experience)
- In-depth knowledge of US tax return policies and accounting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting and account management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using project management and communication tools (Asana, Slack, Discord, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other accounting software
- Experience in a client-facing role
Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Night shift (7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time) to align with US Eastern Time zone (10 AM to 6 PM)
