The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with contacting customers by phone (B2B) to sell or create interest in company products, answer customer questions, go the ‘extra mile’ to meet sales target and facilitate future sales, and maintain records/runtime updates of customer information in the database. Further, he or she will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship
