We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive HR Operations to join our team, manage payroll tasks, and assist in HR & operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance.
- Process payroll, expenses, and other employee claims efficiently.
- Oversee employee management across various projects.
- Administer benefits data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage employee exits, and settlements, and provide the necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: (2+ years) in HR operations and payroll management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR & operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
