About the Role

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless online experience through real-time chat support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and other messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with product/service-related inquiries, order status updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations at once.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and live chat software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
