We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Organize training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct performance appraisals.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
