As an Assistant Manager of products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regulatory technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, compliance, sales, and customer success—to ensure our solutions align with market needs, regulatory standards, and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities: 

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and regulatory trends.
  • Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on product offerings.

Product Development & Execution:

  • Work with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into functional product features.
  • Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements by managing project timelines and dependencies.
  • Support in product testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and enhance product usability.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in RegTech, FinTech, or Compliance Technology.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR, Basel III, FATCA, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, API integrations, and cloud-based RegTech solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment between teams.
