Stitched Identity is seeking a fresh, motivated graduate to join our team as a Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the production team to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of production staff.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
