• Mapping of the UC (5 UC per district) to identify and collect data about primary producers and MSMEs in the area, Identification 
  • Provide support to project team in short listing and training needs assessment (TNA) of local BIOs, CRPs, SMEs, Producers/Farmers, women entrepreneurs, and follow-up mentoring
  • Development of FMCs and other platforms in collaboration with GRASP regional team, facilitation of financial literacy and business planning capacity building trainings of MSMEs, linkages with the markets/actors, etc.
  • Continuous engagement with all stakeholders (beneficiaries - MSMEs, GRASP Partners, Government Departments, Banks/FIs, market players, BIOs, LSO, COs, etc) at UC, Districts and Provincial Level.
  • Assist Project Officer in capacity building sessions on Financial Literacy and business planning (26 MSMEs per district)
  • Assist Project Officer in facilitating SME (on average 17 MSMEs per district per year) participation at fairs, investment panels, expos, other types of business enhancement exercises (training, linkages, etc.)
  • Record keeping and maintaining activities on track with the work plan
  • Must possesses strong reporting and communication skills 
  • Must be fluent in English, Urdu and local languages
  • Facilitate MEAL teams during monitoring visits
  • Must possess strong knowledge of area and its economic environment / opportunities
  • Participate in different trainings as identify by the supervisor
  • Undertakes any other project relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Experience of working with NGO/ Public Sector Organizations, particularly business sector organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good linkages with public and private sector Organizations
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Sensitive to organization values and principles
  • Skills in English and Urdu, including effective presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office, email communication
