As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent, particularly in the IT, Teaching, and Call Center sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, a deep understanding of the specific needs of these industries, and proficiency in English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates in the IT, Teaching, and Call Center domains.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications:
