We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face and voice of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees while managing administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors and guests in a warm and courteous manner, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  2. Answer Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate party.

  3. Manage Front Desk: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring that it presents a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

  4. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars and schedules for various staff members as needed.

  5. Handle Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients promptly.

  6. Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support administrative staff with various tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  7. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of visitors, calls, and appointments, ensuring that information is recorded and maintained securely.

  8. Provide Support: Assist other departments with administrative tasks or special projects as needed.

  9. Ensure Security: Monitor and maintain security procedures, including issuing visitor badges and ensuring that all visitors sign in and out.

  10. Handle Emergencies: Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, following established procedures and protocols.

Working Conditions:

  • This position typically works in a professional office environment.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work, depending on business needs.
  • Mondays off
  • All female staff
  • No transport provided
