Oversee the end-to-end shipper operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
Develop and implement shipper managment strategies to optimize delivery, reduce returns, and improve overall efficiency.
Collaborate with couriers partners, companies, and distributors to maintain maximum delivery and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
Monitor and analyze delivery percentage, demand forecasts, and production schedules to anticipate and address supply chain challenges.
Evaluate and select courier partners and vendors based on delivery, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and address supply chain issues proactively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or relvent degree in relevant field.
Proven experience in shipper management or related roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with courier partners, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in courier management portals and tools to optimize processes and workflows.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve supply chain goals.
