We are looking for a skilled and motivated Draftsman & CAD Operator to join our team. In this role, software, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural drafting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with architects and project teams to create high-quality designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural CAD software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawing standards, construction methods, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and systems is preferred.
