We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Local Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies tailored to specific geographic areas to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, community engagement, and the ability to adapt national campaigns for regional relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localized marketing plans in alignment with national strategy.
  • Identify and act on local market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Manage and grow local partnerships including influencers, community leaders, and vendors.
  • Oversee local advertising campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Organize and promote local events, sponsorships, and store openings.
  • Coordinate with sales and store teams to support region-specific promotions.
  • Optimize and manage local SEO and business listings (Google etc.).
  • Use data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and make informed adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (brand, digital, product) for consistent messaging.

Core Local Marketing Strategies:

  1. Community Engagement – Sponsor or participate in events, support local causes, and maintain a strong local presence.
  2. Localized Digital Advertising – Run geo-targeted ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  3. Local SEO & Listings – Optimize local search visibility and ensure accurate business info on Google Maps, Yelp, etc.
  4. Hyper-Local Social Media – Tailor content and promotions for specific regions using local trends and influencers.
  5. Referral & Loyalty Programs – Encourage repeat customers and referrals through incentives.
  6. Cross-Promotions – Partner with nearby businesses for bundled offers or joint campaigns.
  7. In-Store Promotions & Events – Host local events, holiday specials, and community meetups to drive foot traffic.
  8. PR & Media Relations – Build relationships with local press and blogs for earned media coverage.
