We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing sales tax, bookkeeping, managing invoicing, payroll, and balance sheets.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales tax compliance and make sure returns are filed on time.
2. Manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain precise financial records.
3. Manage the billing process, making sure that payments are accurate and made on time.
4. Manage payroll while assuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Create and evaluate financial reports and balance sheets.
6 Offer senior management financial analysis and advice.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related subject.
2. Demonstrated expertise in a finance manager or comparable position.
3. Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping principles and sales tax laws.
4. Expertise with Microsoft Excel and financial software.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
6. Excellent attention to detail and deadline-meeting skills.
7. Capable interpersonal and communication abilities.
