This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer position based in Lahore. As a sales engineer, you'll combine technical knowledge with sales skills. The balance depends on the level of technical knowledge and understanding you'll need to sell the product you're offering and to respond to clients' queries.
You will usually be dealing with technical or administrative staff as well as architects and consultants in case of commercial projects and end-users themselves and their architects and consultants in case of residential projects.
Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both commercial and residential customers. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Engineer Core Responsibilities
Manage Sales Activities: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met and sales processes are optimized for efficiency. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and develop new business prospects within the audiovisual, smart home solutions, and high-end architectural lighting markets. Travelling to visit potential clients, architects & interior designers in the designated region.
Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing & new clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
Utilize CRM Systems: Efficiently manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and analyze CRM data to optimize sales processes and customer interactions
Achieve Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve sales goals and performance metrics in alignment with company objectives.
Provide Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients & other relevant departments.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Prepare Sales Reports: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
