We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Karachi and provide exceptional technical support for our Technogym products.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Technogym products.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues with gym equipment.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer issues and providing timely resolutions.
Installation and Maintenance: Carry out the installation, maintenance, and repair of Technogym equipment and software.
Warranty: Process warranty claims including procuring credit notes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on the proper use and maintenance of Technogym equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a technical support engineer or similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of gym equipment, preferably Technogym products.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing support tickets.
Proficiency in English and Urdu.
