We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Support Representative to provide first-level support for our LMS users. This part-time role requires excellent written English skills and the ability to effectively communicate user issues to our development team. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high-quality written communication with users.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay user feedback and contribute to platform enhancements.
- Keep detailed records of user interactions and resolutions.
- Stay updated on LMS features and updates to offer accurate support.
- Help create support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a tech or e-learning environment.
- Basic knowledge of LMS platforms and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A foundational understanding of software development is advantageous.
