We are seeking a Merchandising and Business Development Specialist with proven experience in textile and apparel merchandising. This role involves developing and implementing strategic business plans, optimizing merchandising strategies, and expanding our business and customer base. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of textiles, excellent English communication skills, and strong proficiency in Excel.
Shift: Morning (9 AM to 5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business and merchandising plans.
- Analyze market trends and manage product placement.
- Increase customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Lead projects to achieve business objectives.
Skills & Expertise:
- Sales acumen, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with two half-day Saturdays and two Saturdays off each month (flexibility provided).
