- Provide assistance in developing reports related to HEC-QAA Yearly Progress Targets, review YPR templates prepared by IROs and verify evidences from each campus.
- Prepare & participate in all activities of PREE/HEC QAA-SARs/RIPE/HEC Targets of academic programs following the QAA-HEC guidelines.
- Perform Exam Audit of all campuses & prepare a report for the supervisor’s purview.
- Develop high quality documentations for SZABIST, such as Annual Reports and Course Catalogue.
- Design & develop research studies on various aspects of academic and non-academic activities of SZABIST university to facilitate policy formulation by preparing descriptive briefs, analytical notes, and articles related to SZABIST activities.
- Ensure that activities of SZABIST QEC are fully publicized to enhance SZABIST image by conducting awareness seminars, workshops, meetings and conferences.
- Collect evidences and progress reports from SDRTC and SCBR for Impact Rankings submission.
- Ensure QEC staff continuously acquire new skills and techniques to enhance departmental effectiveness."
- Obtain updates and review compliance reports for SARs, IPE, and PGPR.
- Any other work that supervisor's may assign.
