We are seeking an experienced, driven, and personable Female Closer to join our Mobility Team, focusing on UK and Canada relocation services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven record in sales or closing roles, and experience within the relocation, mobility, or customer service industries. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing deals to meet our targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Connect with prospective clients in the UK and Canada who need mobility or relocation services, understanding their needs, concerns, and goals.
  • Sales Pitch & Presentation: Present tailored mobility solutions that align with the client's needs, explaining service benefits, key features, and potential outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients to instill trust and confidence in our services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully handle objections and guide clients towards signing service agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding and excellent service handover.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in the UK and Canadian mobility markets, including any legal or regulatory requirements related to relocation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and high client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Reporting & Targets: Regularly update the CRM with client interactions, prepare reports on sales progress, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales, closing, or related role, ideally within the mobility, relocation, real estate, or customer service industries.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A proactive, customer-focused approach that prioritizes client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage client interactions and sales progress.
  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with UK and Canadian culture, geography, and relocation-specific challenges is a plus.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work across time zones and cater to clients in both the UK and Canada.
