We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator & Social Media Executive. In this role, you will develop engaging content, manage our social media presence, and foster meaningful interactions with our online audience. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

  • Develop creative, high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Craft compelling copy aligned with brand tone and voice for marketing campaigns, captions, and product promotions.
  • Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and cultural moments to capitalize on relevant opportunities.

3. Audience Engagement:

  • Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Foster community engagement through polls, Q&A sessions, and user-generated content initiatives.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, impressions).
  • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance results.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure content quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote internal initiatives, events, or campaigns.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

Education:
