We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our UK team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Identify patterns in customer inquiries to help improve processes and services.
  • Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant qualifications or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, ideally within the UK market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, patient, and capable of handling challenging customer interactions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
