We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our Project Sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate projects to potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects offered by the company.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients about the projects.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on project sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to generating leads.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Karachi real estate market is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
