Job Description: Dream Box is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Riders from Pakistan to join our growing team in Riyadh. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving food orders from service providers.
- Receive applications on time.
- Good fast delivery of orders.
- Maintain the integrity of packaging and packaging.
- Supplying the car with fuel or gas and delivering the invoice to the direct manager.
- Communicate with customers by phone to know the delivery time if there are problems or changes in their expected arrival time.
- Follow the planned route accurately without deviating from the specified itinerary.
- Maintains communication with management to be aware of any change in delivery, route or schedule.
- Hand over the cash wallet to the accountant of the company.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Valid motorcycle or vehicle driving license (as per Saudi regulations)
- Age: 25 to 38 Years
- Education: Minimum intermediate education (equivalent to high school)
- Language: Must be able to communicate in English/Arabic
- Experience: Previous delivery experience is a must
- Performance: Proven record of good KPIs or performance in previous roles
- Ability to use GPS and delivery apps
- Physically fit and able to handle delivery tasks
