Premium Hospitality Agent

We are looking for an experienced hospitality and customer services professional from client servicing, advertising, who are looking to build a career in the aviation hospitality industry for an upcoming private jet service. It's an attractive career choice for those seeking to blend their VIP service expertise with global travel, hospitality management to the premium end customers which includes the top business tycoons, Corporate CEO’s, diplomats and counselor generals. This position is based in Karachi with extensive global travel.

This is a Premium Hospitality Agent and would involve delivering a five-star service during the flight. It involves the entire hospitality experience before the flight departs to arrival at the chosen destination
You will be responsible of providing the highest standards of safety and comfort, solely responsible for the entire cabin experience focusing on inflight service and cabin presentation and you will be supported by our global teams who will ensure you have all the support you need behind the scenes to create a unique tailored experience; from the moment your customers arrive.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure inflight hospitality arrangements including aircraft detailing pre/post flights
Coordinate retail, charter, and owner flights
Internal communication within multiple departments in the company pertaining to flight coordination and preparation.
Internal communication system: Slack, FOS (ARCIN Direct Flight Operations System), Confluence and Microsoft Outlook, Flight Bridge, Smart Sheets
Concur Solutions Expensing
External communication in regards to aircraft stock, flight coordination, arrivals, and departures.
Ability to order aircraft stock, and catering via phone, online, and in person.
Create multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the department
Training and development for staff and crew members

Experience & Education

Bachelor degree holder
3-4 years of experience in advertising, the hospitality industry, hoteling or restaurant management background.
Global travel preferably to European and North America regions is a big plus
Knowledge of foreign languages.
Prior experience in private jet service is preferred.
