Responsibilities

Call center agents will be responsible for making outbound calls to provide customer services.

Follow-up on customer calls

Qualification:

Education:  Intermediate and Bachelor

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

 Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Basic computer skills

Salary:

20k basic in one month of probation

25k basic after probation 40k+  (Including Incentives, bonuses, overtime)

Bonus/subsidy travel allowance.Other special bonuses on overtime

Shift timings:

7:30 am to 5 pm. (summer)8:00 am to 5:30pm(winters)

There will be rotational offs. (1 off per week)
