We are looking for Highly motivated skilled ASP Executive to Join our team at TCL Electronics Pakistan.

To make strong follow up with the ASPs and field staff to control Complaints TAT.
To check and follow up with Pending complaints with the ASPs and Field technicians and take necessary steps to keep pending complaints in control.
To Follow up of complaints with ASP’s for Complaints visit, Part Demand, and Successful Closing in CRM Application.
To make sure correct data feeding in CRM Application regarding Complaints.
To make strong follow up with all ASP’s regarding Recovery of faulty Spare parts against warranty Complaints.
Visit to ASPs if necessary for training/support.
To Perform the Specific Task on time, assigned by the HO-AFS
