Key Accountabilities:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the RSM will be responsible for developing the Sales of Consumer Electronics products, including LED TV & AC in South Punjab. He will be based in our office in Lahore City.

Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Having the primary responsibility of managing current Dealers' accounts in Lahore and the surrounding market and seeking to acquire new Dealers' accounts achieving best possible market penetration and achievement of the Business Target.
  • Establishing and strengthening the relationship with Dealers.
  • Negotiating business plan and commercial conditions with Dealers.
  • Taking responsibility of the Lahore Regions forecast by product line for the assigned Dealers.
  • Help to develop results-based trade marketing strategies and promotional opportunities (from idea to execution) in cooperation with the Marketing team.
  • Providing feedback on Dealers, competition changes, volume potential, price roadmap, etc. in order to refine Sales and Market Strategy.
  • Analyzing market statistics, and define relevant action plans in order to achieve the assigned targets.
  • Help to maintain a complete prospect, competitor and customer database and provide information to management as needed or requested.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 15+ years in Key Accounts management and Sales experience in a similar role, with good experience in the Consumer Electronics industry (significant experience of FMCG or TV market will be an advantage).
  • Have the mandatory network and know how to approach the Market and the Buyers.
  • Be skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with Dealers.
  • Be a self-starter who thrives on working independently to achieve ambitious new business targets while actively engaging as a team member, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Be open to new business challenges and company initiatives.
  • Have the breadth and versatility to function both at the strategic and tactical level.
  • Demonstrated and effective skills in team management, time management, communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills..
  • Will be passionate, highly energetic in their work, self-driven under minimal supervision, motivated and hard working with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach.
