We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales for our retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for retail and a strong background in marketing.

As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for developing innovative promotional activities, coordinating events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Store Standardization:

  • Display Preparation – On Recommendation of Sales Team.
  • Display Standardization – As per HQ requirements 03 + 02 Display per day (03 TCL Display wall | 02 multi-brand display walls)
  • Regulating installer for Display management from the market.
  • Submitting Display plans for newly built walls and implementation.

New Dealers:

  • Ensuring New Dealer Activeness through implementing SO Activities and Promotions.
  • Emphasizing the Training and Display maintenance of new dealers.

Branding and POPs:

  • Understanding the Requirements of the Market and Evaluating Need-based Brand and POP materials.
  • Identifying Key areas and maximum visibility of Brand and market susceptibility.
  • Submission of Instore & Outstore Requirement (Vinyl | Sticker | Shop Boards | Standees | Posters and Billboards)/
  • Liasoning with Dealers / Promotors regarding Display / Branding.

XL Collection Emphasis:

  • Prime Focus on XL Collection Models and Identifying Shops with Potential.
  • Maintaining Separate Display requirements of XL Shops with branding Emphasis (Podium / Island / and Standees).

 Product Training:

  • Training the Promotors in the Shop for new products.
  • Providing features awareness to the Dealers / Salesmen.

SO Data Collection / Intelligence:

  • Submission to Supervisor: Complete TCL Dealer Network – Bi-Monthly
  • Submission to Supervisor: Top Dealer of Region SO Data Weekly
  • Intelligence regarding the Competitor: Prices, Policies & Schemes
  • Assisting Analysts in Preparing Competitive Analyses of Products and Brands
  • Reporting on Price Control Policy

Promotional Activity & Sellout Activities:

  • To Aid the Better SO on Dealers Shop SO Activities in liaison with the Sales Team
  • Identifying New Ways of Promoting the Sales of Targeted Models
  • Identifying Liquidation need and support required by the Floor to sell the Stock

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in retail marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
