We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our Business Development and Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving business growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development and marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, set goals, and address any challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and content.
- Manage the company’s online presence and social media channels.
- Develop and manage the business development and marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years in business development and/or marketing.
- Proficiency in English.
