TeamSolve is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in the development of cloud-based AI applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to work remotely and support an offshore software company. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the DevOps stack on Microsoft Azure and related technologies, including the CI/CD pipeline and FaaS. You must be flexible on timezone to support our offshore team. Our applications are built in Python and Java, and our stack includes Function Apps, APIs, MySQL and Knowledge Graph databases, as well as connections with messaging services / AI services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the DevOps stack on Microsoft Azure and related technologies, including the CI/CD pipeline and FaaS.
- Develop and implement automation and orchestration processes for the software development lifecycle.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security into the DevOps processes.
- Conduct security assessments and audits of the infrastructure and applications.
- Implement and manage security controls to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and respond to security threats in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve the DevOps processes and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the offshore team and provide timely updates on the project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps and security engineering.
- Strong competency in DevOps stack on Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with key DevSecOps technologies, including SAST, DAST, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Experience with implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with FaaS (Function as a Service) technologies, such as Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as PCI DSS and GDPR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work on different time zones to support the offshore team.
