We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Inbound Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in rotational shifts, and have a strong educational background. This role will require handling inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction during every interaction.
- Ensure that all customer queries are logged and tracked accurately.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer experience.
- Work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BS or related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including both morning and evening shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Additional Skills:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
