You will be providing exceptional travel experiences to our UK based valuable customers as well as assisting and advising on their travel arrangements, ensuring their hasslefree and enjoyable journey. Your expertise in travel destinations, airlines, and customer relations will help you to deliver your personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate  with the clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp chat to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Facilitate their booking process for flights, hotels and other travel services. Ensure all the reservations are accurate as per client's desire.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements, including cancellations, changes and special requests. Provide prompt and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed and updated with the latest airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends. and promotional offers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, attentive and proactive. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive travel solutions..
  • Promote and sell additional travel products and services such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of your Company.
  • Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and complies with relevant regulations and policies. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a travel consultant or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent english communication skills and must be fluent in "Spoken English".
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products and services. Understanding of travel regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, booking software, and office applications.
