We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. As a bidder, you will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting compelling proposals, and winning contracts related to website development, mobile app development, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant projects on Upwork in the areas of web development, mobile app development, and design.
Write persuasive and tailored proposals that highlight our company's strengths and experience.
Manage and track all proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate project scope, timelines, and budgets are communicated.
Maintain a high response rate and win ratio on bids.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bidder on Upwork or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, and design services.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
Familiarity with Upwork's bidding system, rules, and best practices.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids at once.
Prior experience with agencies offering development services is a plus.
