Flutter Developer

TechIdara is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 talented developers and work collaboratively to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your thorough understanding of the Flutter framework and strong knowledge of Dart will be critical as you implement state management techniques, improve application performance, and ensure a smooth deployment process. You will also oversee version control using Git and contribute to enhancing our development practices, making a significant impact on our projects and the overall productivity of the team.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mobile applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
Manage a team of 10 developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance their technical skills and improve team collaboration.
Implement and maintain effective state management solutions within applications to ensure responsiveness and seamless user experiences.
Conduct code reviews and manage version control using Git, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices throughout the development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
Oversee the deployment of mobile applications to both iOS and Android platforms, optimizing for performance and user experience.
Stay updated on emerging trends in mobile technology and the Flutter ecosystem to continuously improve development practices and team efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified during development, ensuring timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
Create and maintain documentation of development processes, project specifications, and persistently improve documentation practices for the benefit of the team.
Engage in regular sprint reviews and retrospectives, actively participating in agile development practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
