Techtured is hiring a Trainee Sales Executive (Chat-Based) for both Morning and Night Shifts. In this role, you will generate and close new opportunities by engaging with both new and existing customers, using a consultative sales approach to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets and daily reach targets within working hours.
- Identify new sales opportunities and report findings to the team leader.
- Analyze sales trends and adopt new techniques to increase sales volume.
- Reach out to clients and provide detailed information on services, quotations, prices, and delivery times.
- Handle day-to-day client issues and address the needs of both new and existing clients.
- Follow up with new clients to improve revenue generation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet targets.
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM
