UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. From concept to execution, the UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design and deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect visuals for web and mobile interfaces.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
Experience with responsive design for various screen sizes and devices.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and defend design decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
Bachelor's degree in Design OR a related field.
