We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our engineering projects are well-organized, transparent, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project management in a technical environment and be adept at coordinating between diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans that outline timelines, resource needs, and risk management strategies.
Serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and non-technical team members, providing regular updates on project progress and risks.
Oversee the scheduling and task assignments for project team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to monitor project performance and adherence to schedules.
Assess and recommend appropriate technology platforms for project implementation.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them, adapting plans as necessary.
Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance.
Manage project scope by documenting and evaluating any changes, preventing scope creep.
Assist the sales team by providing technical insights during client demonstrations and addressing prospective client needs.
Maintain thorough and accessible project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
