Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting. Resolve customer issues and provide proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction. Document call information and update customer accounts as needed. Achieve or exceed individual performance metrics and team goals. Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to improve skills and service delivery.
